Rom-com, thriller romance, and contemporary romance are the tropes I love the most: age gap romance, workplace romance, and a second chance. Sometimes I also go for the dark romance. In short, I have my fictional world, which I thoroughly enjoy.
Do I only read? No! After finishing the book, I feel the need to discuss it with someone, so I jot down my thoughts. However, I can always reach out to my fellow book readers if I still want to share more. I’m enthusiastic about discussing these books. I contact authors after reading their books to tell them what I liked best.
Which authors do I like to read? For no particular reason, I like reading works by Indian authors. Perhaps it’s because I can relate to the stories, or perhaps it’s because I’m Indian and like imagining Indian characters; I’m not sure, but I like to read works written by indie authors. They’re the best. However, I also have a few favourite foreign writers. Look out for the recommendations and reviews of their books.
What is the story behind this website? During my discussions with authors, I came to understand that the concept of a book doesn’t appear spontaneously. There is an explanation for it. An author possesses a keen eye for detail; whether it’s an occurrence in their neighbourhood, events unfolding in the nation, or a joyful moment in their life, any of these can spark the creation of a new narrative. They intrigued me, and I figured my fellow readers might share that interest, so that’s the context behind my thoughts. Join me on this literary journey.
