From Banker to Author: The Inspiring Journey of Neha Chenani Khanagwal

Love with Drama and a touch of humour

Neha is an Indian author who loves weaving stories. She can weave a tale while sipping chai at a roadside shop or make up a story while sitting in her cabin at work. She is a banker, you see. She can also weave a story while on her bike, waiting for the signal to turn green. Before stepping into the world of self-publishing, Neha wrote cute stories for her office’s yearly magazines and other writing platforms, like pratilipi.

She won accolades everywhere, be it her office or Pratilipi. Neha and her stories are born to win hearts. Her novels in Pratilipi had touched many hearts. So much so that people began requesting her to write their own stories. Can you imagine?! Like that, Neha was a known author in just one part of the world, where there was less recognition, less publicity, and very little appreciation. Her reader gang in Pratilipi was the force behind her successful journey.

And then one fine day, she decided to self-publish her book on Kindle, making it open for a wide circle of readers, a new community that loves romance, and spreading her love on a global platform.

We have many excellent Indian authors who write romance. At the end of the day, it’s romance, drama, and happily ever after, but the USP is their style of writing. Neha’s stories are about family, friendship, and love. Are you thinking, “What’s new?” I’ll tell you. I have read her books, both on pratilipi as well as Kindle.

Her books delve deeply into D.R.A.M.A., transforming it from a simple, ordinary drama into a high-class one. The books also feature extravagant romance, intricate friendships, and humorous banter. Her epilogues not only give an insight into the lovely couple’s joyful life but also build the story for her next release, which the readers can’t wait to read.

So far, she has released two books on Kindle, Forever Yours and Meant to Be, Only you all three are the part of Intertwined Series and the fourth one is a romantic comedy, of OOPS! series. And then there are a few beautifully penned pieces for short read.
