An excellent read, the characters, plot, and scenes perfectly aligned, capturing the true essence of the book. The bond and the banter between the Donovan siblings were thoroughly enjoyable, while the strained relationship between the Monani siblings is heart-wrenching. The contrast was very well crafted.
Leo Donovan is a single dad who didn’t have a happy married life, which led him to believe that no woman can be trusted. Because of this conviction, he kept his distance even from the one woman who had awakened his very soul.
However, a few years later, he encounters the same woman, Tia Monani, who finds herself in trouble due to her brother. Will Leo safeguard her, aware that she is the sibling of his enemy?
