Married In Hate

Shilpa Suraj

After reading a considerable number of romance books, the title of the book led me to speculate about the plot, but it turned out to be quite different within the pages. I couldn’t put the book down; the plot was very Interesting.

Ten years ago, the arranged marriage culture in the South was ruthlessly written out, and I found it to be incredibly relatable and enjoyable.

The plot was very engaging and excellently penned.

What I liked the most:

The inner feelings of Priyanka are so clearly crafted,  the push and pull of her feelings, whether to forgive Arush or to submit to the still lingering attraction between them, and the fear of giving a second chance… very beautifully scripted.

Agastya’s shell exterior shows the next politician in line, but he also has a soft corner for his siblings, superb… that’s what I loved the most…

Shilpa Suraj is a very talented author. I’m not surprised this book gets 5 stars. An excellent read and highly recommended.
